Grand Theft Auto: ViceCity Game Review
Grand Theft Auto: ViceCity is a classic entry in the popular GTA series that, like its predecessors, has developed a cult-like following thanks to its outstanding gameplay and graphics. It features a wide variety of missions and activities, including driving, shooting at the range, and even running a legitimate business.
Set in the sweltering metropolis of Vice City, which is based on Miami and Miami Beach in the early 1980s, the single-player campaign revolves around the tumultuous rise to power of mobster Tommy Vercetti. After his release from prison, Vercetti quickly becomes embroiled in a web of betrayal and revenge when a drug deal goes sour and leaves him facing off against powerful rival gangsters and corrupt government officials.
The game offers a number of different weapons, from Tommy's fists to rocket launchers and sniper rifles. It's also possible to obtain additional weapons by completing certain missions or by visiting the shops located in the city's various districts. By committing crimes, the player's character will become wanted by the police and their pursuit will be joined by the military. It is therefore advisable to avoid gaining wanted stars by avoiding violence or committing other illegal acts.
